I like to think this location is a secret but I think a lot of locals have caught on. This Starbucks is split in two. One side a coffee bar and the other a study area.
Although small, the study area is a perfect spot to cozy up and get some work done. A few comfy leather chairs and plenty of seating on the windows. -

This is the second time they ignored my mobile order. The first time, the barista was even complaining about the customers who order on the mobile. According to him, everyone should wait in line for their 'incredible' service. If you don't like the system please take it up to your management and let the marketing team figure out why they should not be providing the promise of convenience for customers who may want it.
The attitude of the barista's when I reminded of the order and the way they informed me that the Clover brand I've ordered is not available makes me think they have chart somewhere that dictates how their customers are to be treated based on their skin tone. Unfortunately, this is the closest to my place and might have to switch to a different brand. -

We have Starbucks all over the city and suburbs, yet this one is one of my favorites. It's a smaller storefront at the corner of Clark Street and Germania Place on the northern edge of downtown/near north side.
I really like that it's divided into two rooms; the front is where the seating is, and the back room is the store part with the counter, register, and all the equipment.
I sometimes have to park illegally to come here, yet I'm always in and out after having received prompt, efficient service. The baristas are consistently pleasant and make the stop well worth it. -

Worse Starbucks on earth! They are rude and snotty and hey barista please stop snarling to me about your mobile orders. 90 percent of the time you wait forever. Drink 10 min and sandwich another 10 minutes. When I said my drink is going to get cold waiting young girl started ranting what do you want me to do about it grrr she continued to rant we have mobile orders ugh so we all must suffer because the queen is angry? This store is always filthy. Huge clumps of dirt and leaves and paper every where. Weather you come at 5 am or 9 its disgusting. Bring your own wet wipes to clean your table or better yet go to the nice friendly Starbucks on Clark and Dickens. I came at 8 am not 8:10

It was ridiculously packed and slow and as far as friendly okay but not a big fan of this store and the bathroom is 1 and open no code, the bathroom is clean but waiting in line is very narrow.
